MineralConnexin™ Lite is an exclusive blend of four essential minerals, providing the best forms of calcium, magnesium, potassium and zinc in highly bioavailable forms that make it easy for your body to utilize. There is also a small amount of citric acid so that the minerals dissolve more easily in water or any beverage.



MultiConnexin™ is complete multi-vitamin featuring 98 vitamins, trace minerals, omega 3’s (fish oils), gamma linolenic acid (GLA), antioxidants, phytonutrients and polyphenols. There are also 4 connexin-enhancers including resveratrol (the beneficial molecule in red wine.



Directions:

MultiConnexin™: Consume the contents of one packet (3 capsules and 2 gel caps) daily. You can take all the capsules at one time with a meal or you may divide them throughout the day.

MineralConnexin™ Lite is a non-flavored powder that can be mixed with most any beverage. Mix contents of one packet with either 16 oz (or more) of water or 8 oz of juice and shake well. Minerals may foam.

• First time users should take 1 packet per day for the first 2-4 weeks to give the body a chance to adjust to the highly absorbable minerals.
• Initially, we suggest drinking the minerals throughout the day to minimize possible GI effects (loose stool, more frequent bowel movements). Some individuals prefer to drink the minerals quickly, and that is fine as well. Note that any GI effects, due to the magnesium, generally subside after the first few weeks.
• When ready, take 2 packets per day to obtain recommended daily allowances of the essential minerals. Individuals that weigh 100 lbs or below or those that eat vegan vegetarian diets can take 1 packet per day on a continuous basis.
