Kami Semick: Wife, Mom and Endurance Runner

Recent Buzz An avid distance runner since college, wife and mother Kami Semick has set her sights on ultra running over the last few years and MineralConnexin is literally right by her side every step of the way. Kami recently raced in the UTMB (Ultra Trail Mont Blanc) race, a 100 mile trail race through three countries and 60,000 feet of altitude change. "I ran 10 hours - 50 miles with about 15,000 feet of elevation gain / descent and recovered very quickly. My legs didn't have the 'depleted' feeling at the end and I was back to running in two days." Throughout her recent training Kami has been using MineralConnexin as a training tool to help keep her going and stay healthy. "Taking the minerals consistently over the last month or so has made my pH levels consistently higher and has helped me complete races and training stronger." says Kami. "My next major challenge is the World Cup 100k in Italy in November." Good luck to Kami!

Andrew Bouchier Qualifies for Boston Marathon with Molecular Fitness

Recent Buzz “I met Dr. Tanelian at an ART seminar last spring. The science behind Molecular Fitness made sense so I bought the Empowerment Pack. I decided to follow the Molecular Fitness recommendations and incorporated the MineralConnexin and MultiConnexin supplements into my regimen in preparation for the Hudson-Mohawk Marathon last October. While my running results in 10 km and half-marathons have generally been improving, my marathons had been wildly unpredictable. I train and prepare diligently for all my races but every time I ran a marathon there was a high probability that I would hit a wall - painfully. I had been searching for the missing piece that would enable me to parlay good half- marathon results into good marathon results. Molecular Fitness worked. The lactic acid problems that had plagued most of my marathons were gone. I was able to finish strong and I finally qualified for the Boston Marathon. This spring I'm going to Boston and rest assured Molecular Fitness will be with me as it is now integral to my training program.”

Shannon won the 1,500m event with a time of 4:05.48 and Erin placed 2nd in the 1,500m with a time of 4:08.20. Watch these ladies perform at the top of their game in August. Good luck to each of you!

One of the many significant advantages of an alkalinizing beverage, such as MineralConnexin, is that it will enhance athletic performance and endurance by helping to deliver more oxygen to all tissues, including muscle while simultaneously helping to conserve energy through enhanced carbon dioxide removal; thereby, leading to a slower breathing rate and less unnecessary expenditure of energy.
