Astounding Bone Density Improvement with Molecular Fitness
At age 54, I was a healthy woman exercising routinely and eating a healthy nutritious diet. Regardless, my physician told me that I had Osteopenia. My bone density T-score at lumbar spine was – 1.42 and it was – 1.25 in my hip.
