Molecular Fitness Runner, Kami Semick, Wins 2009 100K World Cup Congratulations to Kami Semick, an elite ultramarathoner who continues to make headlines! On June 20, 2009 Semick became the third American, man or woman, to win a world ultramarathon title at the 23rd IAU 100K World Cup in Belgium. Semick finished in 7 hours, 37 minutes and 24 seconds – unbelievable! Semick made the only possible improvement she could have over her silver medal at last year's world championship and she led the U.S. women to the second national team gold medal in U.S. history. According to Semick “a key part of my training and racing regimen is taking MineralConnexin™ and MultiConnexin™ supplements. They help maintain a balanced pH in the body (not to acidic, not too alkaline), and provide the right minerals to facilitate muscle contraction and enable our bodies to better handle the stress of training and racing.” Whether an elite athlete, weekend warrior, or exercise enthusiast; anyone participating in physical activity can benefit from MineralConnexin™ & MultiConnexin™. Remember, replacing minerals lost during activity is crucial to your performance and recovery.
Patty and Tom Foltz See Improved Recovery and Performance In Running, Weight Training and Golf “My wife Patty and I started on the mineral and multivitamin supplements in May 2006. Initially, we were both skeptical of the benefits, but felt it was worth a trial, primarily because of the potential benefit of quicker recoveries from hard workouts. We both run competitively, lift weights, play a hilly golf course, plus I train in karate,” explains Tom. “Since we are both in our late 50s, we don’t recover from hard workouts like we did when we were younger. Within a couple of months on the program, we both saw an improvement in recovery time. I also experienced better health. I have a family history of gout and hypertension, and both improved with the MineralConnexin and MultiConnexin supplements. The other pleasant surprise is that neither of us has had a cold in a year and a half, which again allows us to train harder. With less than a year to go for a new age group (the 60s), we’re optimistic that Molecular Fitness will continue to be a great training aid in keeping us competitive.”
Reisman Scores Hat Trick with Molecular Fitness Howard Reisman is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Molecule of HealthConnexin, Inc. He also plays left wing on the HealthConnexin Molecules ice hockey team in Morrisville, Vermont. "Molecular Fitness has changed my life. I have lost 25 pounds (and kept it off) and at the age of 60 started to play, and developed a deep passion for, ice hockey. My friends think I am nuts. Molecular Fitness has allowed me to play hockey 3-4 times a week and on occasion, for a tournament, 3 games in a single day! I play for the HealthConnexin Molecules and while I am usually the oldest player on the ice by about 25 years and certainly not one of the better skilled, I am able to compete and even score on occasion as I did in the championship game last season. In another game I actually scored a hat trick. While my endurance is great, my recovery is even better – I am never sore the next day. In short, Molecular Fitness has allowed me to turn the clock back and feel like I am 40 years younger! At the age of 63 while the majority of my friends are dealing with one ailment or another for me that feeling is priceless. I know my wife, kids and grandchildren are all proud of my accomplishments at my age but what they really want is for me to be around a long time. Molecular Fitness helps me do that. In order to keep up with me, my wife now also lives the Molecular Fitness Lifestyle and it’s done wonders for her as well as our marriage – we just celebtrated our 40th Anniversary this past August!"
