Bob Reid Shapes up with Molecular Fitness Bob Reid, the Executive Director of the J. F Maddox Foundation in New Mexico, has been living The Molecular Fitness Lifestyle for more than a year and has experienced amazing results. “ Before starting the program I struggled to ride my bicycle 30 miles, but now I ride up to 150 miles without difficulty”, says Bob. (In the photo, center amidst his cycling fans). Bob’s regular monitoring shows how far he’s come. His pH is consistently at 7.5, a vast improvement from his 5.0 baseline, his blood pressure is about 125/80, down from around 148/90 and his body fat improved from 18% to 13%. Bob is happy to share that his energy is way up, he is almost never sick and to top it off “I cycle with others 20 years younger”. We want to know, where can we get “Bob” shorts??
Patty Foltz Wins Tufts 10K with Molecular Fitness Patty Foltz and her husband Tom live in Stowe, VT and travel the New England area to compete in regional running events. This summer, Patty had a phenomenal racing season and placed 1st in the Tufts 10K in her age group (which was also 2nd in the age group below that!). She has set course records in nearly every race this year and is one of the fastest women in her age group (60+) in the country. “MineralConnexin is a huge factor for me in my training and recovery. Since starting on the supplements I have been able to train harder and recover quicker.” Patty said. “This has been a huge improvement for me both mentally and physically as I move into my sixties.” As the racing season ends here in New England, Patty is looking forward to a winter of skiing and relaxing with her husband Tom and their puppy Mojo.
Andrew Bouchier Qualifies for Boston Marathon with Molecular Fitness “I met Dr. Tanelian at an ART seminar last spring. The science behind Molecular Fitness made sense so I bought the Empowerment Pack. I decided to follow the Molecular Fitness recommendations and incorporated the MineralConnexin and MultiConnexin supplements into my regimen in preparation for the Hudson-Mohawk Marathon last October. While my running results in 10 km and half-marathons have generally been improving, my marathons had been wildly unpredictable. I train and prepare diligently for all my races but every time I ran a marathon there was a high probability that I would hit a wall - painfully. I had been searching for the missing piece that would enable me to parlay good half- marathon results into good marathon results. Molecular Fitness worked. The lactic acid problems that had plagued most of my marathons were gone. I was able to finish strong and I finally qualified for the Boston Marathon. This spring I'm going to Boston and rest assured Molecular Fitness will be with me as it is now integral to my training program.”
